  • Mill test certificate to EN 10204 3.1, with heat numbers traceable to the pipe marking
  • Dimensional and visual inspection report, plus NDT reports where testing is specified
  • Third-party inspection arranged on request (SGS, BV, TÜV or your nominated inspector)
  • Packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, certificate of origin and, where applicable, the preferential certificate for your market

Hexagonal or square bundles with steel strapping, plastic end caps, waterproof wrap on request, and heat-number marking on every bundle.

MTC, inspection reports, packing list, invoice, B/L, certificate of origin — issued within the agreed shipping window.

Questions buyers ask

FAQ

What do you need from me to quote?

Four things: grade or standard, outside diameter, wall thickness, and quantity (pieces, metres or tonnes). If you only have the drawing or the bill of materials, send that instead — we will read the sizes from it.

What is the minimum order?

There is no single minimum. Trial orders of one container are accepted so you can verify the material and packing, and project quantities are quoted with a rolling schedule.

Can the pipe be supplied with third-party inspection?

Yes. SGS, BV, TÜV or your nominated inspector can attend testing and issue the release certificate before shipment.

Can you cut to length or bevel the ends?

Yes. Cutting to length, end beveling, threading and machining are done to your drawing, and the size and heat number are re-marked after cutting.

How is the pipe marked?

Standard practice is grade, size, wall thickness and heat number stencilled on each length, with a bundle tag. Your own marking or colour coding can be applied if you send the requirement.

What is the lead time?

It depends on grade, size and quantity, and is confirmed in the quotation. If your project has a fixed date, tell us at enquiry stage and we will quote against that date.
